This sixtieth issue of Signs of the time is fully published in English. We have decided to do so with a view to present to a wider intellectual audience our Editorial Board members through their papers thus contributing to the Journal's topicality. We will henceforth try to follow this practice in issue to come, and whenever that is not plausible we will bilingualy (in English and native language) publish those papers that stand up both professionally and theoretically. For a long time, we have been dedicating each issue of Signs of the time, to local and foreign distinguished thinkers, writers, and intellectuals of various social and humanitarian profile. Instead of individually presenting a deserving author, in this issue we bring you a selection of texts of those intellectuals that we have already presented in our Journal. It is about incredible bio-bibliographies from which everybody can learn and apply a lot in their research work.
